PARKING
Valet Parking: Discounted overnight parking rate of $15.00 + a 12.45% sales tax per vehicle. This fee includes 24-hour in and out privileges. The hotel does not offer self-parking.
BAGGAGE HANDLING FEE
The Hotel’s baggage handling fee is a flat $5.50 per person round trip (IF USED).
For Bus arrivals, it’s a mandatory charge per person. Please advise the hotel no later than 14 days prior to arrival of the arrival and departure so that proper arrangements may be made. All baggage must be properly tagged with each guest’s name prior to arrival.
SMOKE-FREE HOTEL
The Hotel is 100% non-smoking. There will be a $250.00 room recovery fee for smoking.
PACKAGE HANDLING FEE
There will be a $4.00 handling fee applied toward any incoming or outgoing packages, including letter-sized items, for all guests. Packages may be delivered to the hotel within 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
NO-SHOW POLICY
The Hotel will hold a pre-paid room until 6 am the following morning of its arrival date. At 6 am of the following morning, if the guest has not arrived, the room will be canceled and returned to inventory. Pre-payment will be forfeited.
