Go to www.holidayinn.com/nashvilledtwn. Enter your arrival date and departure date, click on “More Options” and then click on “Add special rate codes.” In the “Group code” field, enter your group code, which is RIL. The group information will pull up and you will continue the reservation process.
Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date (June 17) and/or before the block is full, whichever comes first, in order to guarantee availability of the room block and discounted group rate that was contracted. Reservations made after the cutoff date will be accommodated based on availability at the best available rate.
48 HR. CANCELLATION FEE – IF CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS, A 1-NIGHT ROOM + TAX PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED

NOTE:
Above room rate is not inclusive of tax or meals. Rate quoted is based on single/double occupancy. Additional guest is $20.00 per person, per night = $219/triple and $239/quadruple. Maximum 4 guests per room (varies by room type). Guest must be 21 or older to check-in.
Taxes:
The above rates do not include any applicable federal, state, municipal, or provincial taxes, fees or assessments. Current Tax Structure: State Tax – 9.75%, Local Tax – $2.50
Check-In/Check-Out Time:
Please note that check-in time begins at 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Upon request, they will be happy to arrange for baggage storage for your luggage until your actual departure from the Hotel.
Early Arrival/Late Departure/Early Departure:
The above room rates are for the specific dates outline. Guests arriving up to 3 days prior to or up to 3 days departing after the specified dates noted will be offered the above room rates, based on room and rate availability. All sleeping rooms shall be subject to an Early Departure Charge equal to one night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes and assessments.
PARKING
Valet Parking: $40.00+tax/day/vehicle
DESTINATION FEE
There’s an additional $20.00 per night daily fee not included in the Group room rates listed above to cover: Happy Hour from 4-5pm in Almost Friday Sporting Club, Vinyl Record Player Rental, Lobby Arcade Games, Peloton. This daily fee is retained (and not distributed as a tip or gratuity to Hotel staff) by Hotel. Accordingly, if Group or its attendees wish to provide a tip or gratuity to Hotel’s staff, it may do so.
Fee is WAIVED for Riley Family Reunion.
